All items sold by Artisan Anthology are digital downloads. Because our products are delivered electronically and can be accessed instantly after purchase, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been completed.

2. Instant Access Disclaimer

When you purchase a digital product, you will receive immediate access to the files after payment. Since digital items cannot be “returned,” please ensure you review the product description and details carefully before purchasing.

3. Exceptions to the Policy

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• If you were charged twice for the same item due to a technical error.
• If you received the wrong product file that does not match the description.
• If the file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a corrected version.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

• They have the necessary apps/software (e.g., Goodnotes, Notability, Canva, PDF readers, etc.) to use the product.

• They understand that digital items are not physical products and nothing will be shipped.
